Deleting data we received via Facebook

If you interacted with a seller’s live sale through Facebook, you can remove Soldcast’s access and trigger deletion from your Facebook settings: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, remove Soldcast, and choose to delete your activity. Facebook then notifies us and we delete or anonymise the data we hold about you automatically.

Requesting deletion directly

You can also ask us directly at any time. Email privacy@soldcast.live from the address associated with your order, or with the name you used in the live stream, and we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days.

What we keep

Where the law requires it (for example, invoice and accounting records for completed purchases), we retain the minimum transaction records for the statutory period, with personal identifiers removed where possible. See our Privacy Policy for details.
