Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Soldcast service operated by MB Variantai (Lithuania). By creating an account or completing a purchase you agree to them.

The service

Soldcast lets sellers broadcast a single live stream to Facebook and YouTube, collect comments into one dashboard, turn buy comments into orders, and take payment on their own checkout page. Soldcast is a software tool: the seller is the merchant of record for every sale and is responsible for their products, pricing, fulfilment, and consumer-law obligations.

Accounts

Sellers must provide accurate information and keep their credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Orders and payment

A buy comment or a checkout action creates an order that reserves stock. Payment is processed by Paysera; an order is confirmed only after payment is verified. Prices are shown in the seller’s chosen currency and, where the seller is VAT registered, include VAT as indicated at checkout.

Right of withdrawal & returns

For consumer sales within the EU, buyers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases, subject to legal exceptions. Returns, refunds, and delivery are handled by the seller under their own policy and applicable law; contact the seller (or support@soldcast.live) for order issues.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to sell unlawful goods, infringe others’ rights, or abuse the Facebook/YouTube platforms. You must comply with each platform’s own terms when connecting it.

Availability & liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted streaming or that third-party platforms will be available. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding period; nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, and disputes are subject to its competent courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in the buyer’s country of residence.
